I had a gym injury. Pain from my left buttock to my left leg. I thought it'd go away, but lasted for days. I couldn't sleep from the pain, sit, or drive. I finally looked all over to see if any acupuncturist can get me in asap. I had it done once in my past and it really helped a lot. I am so thankful that I found this place. I read the reviews and everyone had great credentials and could get me in next day. Ryan was very understanding, knowledgeable of the situation, and truly felt he cared to help me get better. Amazing is all I can say. Took care of the lower part of the leg. The main upper part where the hip was the main inflamed area, we'd target that spot the next time since he didn't want to irritate that spot right now. What a relief! I can sleep! My gratitude for them is more than words.

If you haven't experienced acupuncture I strongly recommend it. I saw Debbie for my first session. She is so attentive and thorough. The space is peaceful, I felt relaxed and at peace. If you're experiencing pain or discomfort, or working through postpartum depression like I am I'm telling you, you gotta try this! You'll wonder why you hadn't done it sooner.

The therapy is one of the most comforting and relaxing experiences I treat myself to, and it also provides relief for my myriad symptoms. I’m grateful for this gem, and it’s so close to home!!

Debbie is a wonderful practitioner but really I just go to her to see her two adorable, snuggly doggies. Just kidding or am I? Anyways, Debbie is attentive, never misses on the details and uses all of her Chinese medicine knowledge to attack whatever ailment I show up with. I feel very fortunate to have access to such a skilled acupuncturist out here in North Bend. Her office is clean and relaxing and full of plant propagations which brings me joy as well 🙂 She is without a doubt the best in this little part of the NW, go see her you won't be disappointed.

I have been seeing Debbie Yu for several years now for various issues: shoulder pain, hormone imbalance, overall wellness. She is an amazing professional who knows her craft and simply put, has a magic touch. I send everyone I know to see her and everyone comes back with their own rave reviews of her acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She has even helped one of our children with severe sinus issues. Her hours are convenient and the location is cute and perfect for anyone in the North Bend/ Snoqualmie Valley area.

I cannot say enough positive things about Little Si Acupuncture! I have been a client of Debbie’s for 6 years now and she has helped me through so much. I have struggled with anxiety off and on my whole life and also had post partum depression with my first child and then bad baby blues with my second. I went to Debbie for all of it and her support helped get me on the other side each time. I also struggled with getting pregnant with my second baby after two miscarriages and a month after she started working with me on fertility, I was pregnant! She is caring and takes time to check in at the beginning of every appointment for any changes since the last appointment. I highly recommend her!

Little Si acupuncture in North Bend and Dr. Yu has been the missing piece to my health and recovery from nagging sports injuries. Shoulders, ankles, and general body pain points have all been addressed. She is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
